Youth Ministry Fundraiser

Breakfast is served every Sunday in the Fellowship Hall at 9AM.  Great food, great people, great time!  Everything is free, but any donations will go to Powersurge Youth Ministry.

 

Highway Assembly of God will no longer be accepting donations of aluminum cans for recycling.  Thank you to everyone who participated in the collections!

 

Royal Rangers’ CiCi’s Pizza Fundraiser

 

Please join our Royal Rangers at CiCi’s Pizza in Central Park,

1859 Carl D. Silver Parkway, Fredericksburg
on the following dates and times:

February 13, March 29, April 24, May 31, and June 14, from 5:00 – 8:00PM

15% of all money raised will be put towards the Rangers attending the National Camp-O-Rama in Eagle Rock, MO, on July 9-13.

 

Fine Arts Sponsorship Opportunity

This year, four teenagers from our church are participating in our district’s Fine Arts Festival.  This is an opportunity to develop and hone the God-given talents they have in order to further the Kingdom of God.  These students are performing a worship song together as well as a vocal solo song.  Will you please consider sponsoring one of these teens to go to Fine Arts for the cost of $65?  You can put this in the offering basket, and write “Fine Arts” either on the envelope or in the check memo.  (Checks should be made out to “Highway Assembly of God.”)  Alternately, you can give the money to Pastor David.  If you have any questions, please contact Pastor David.

 

Highway Assembly of God’s Girls Ministries requests the honor of your presence at the “Honor Girls Only Recognition” and “Gold Medal Awards Ceremony” on Saturday, February 25, at 5 p.m.  Reception to follow ceremony.

Highway Assembly of God’s Annual Business Meeting will be held today at 1:30PM.  All members are urged to attend.

 

Church Lunch

Immediately following service on Sunday, February 5th, Power Surge Youth Ministry will be providing lunch for the congregation.  We will be serving the following:

  • Hamburgers

  • Baked beans

  • Bratwurst

  • Coleslaw

  • Hot dogs

  • Chips

There is no cost to eat, but all donations collected at the lunch will help our teenagers to attend our district’s youth convention on April 27th and 28th

--Girls Ministries Valentine's Fundraiser--

Are you searching for the perfect Valentine's Day for a loved one?  Girls Ministries has the answer!  Homemade chocolates, cupcakes, and Quiana's famous granola are the perfect gifts.  Best of all, we will make it for you and have it ready for you to pick up at church on February 5 or February 12.  You may pre-order beginning Wednesday, January 25.

Secret Sister Reveal/Ladies Night Out

We’ll meet at MiMi’s Café in Cosner’s Corner at 6:30Pm on Tuesday, February 7.  We’ll eat, meet, and be merry!  Be sure to bring a parting gift for your Secret Sister.  And, even if you didn’t participate in the Secret Sister program this time around, you’re heartily encouraged to attend.  It’s a great way to unwind and get to know each other better.  Feel free to bring a friend, too!  Please sign up on the Women’s Ministry board or let Teri know via Facebook that you’re coming.
